⚠ DESIGN BASIS SUPERSEDED — 2026-09-06

Pregenesis capacity is under revision to 1,000 TPD per line. This document was authored against a 100 TPD nameplate basis taken from the ACM-1 flowsheet, which has been confirmed incorrect by the Architect on 2026-09-06.

Not current in this document: equipment sizing, mass and footprint figures, fit-check arithmetic, ISO Frame split rationale, ISO Frame allocation, and installed utility loads. The duty basis is also revised — Pregenesis runs 2 lines at 1,000 TPD each for 100 TPD net, a 5% duty factor, not the 50% assumed here.

Still valid: the ISO Frame doctrine framing, module composition logic, stream topology, provenance discipline, and the governing canon references.

Re-based documentation follows the Pregenesis design-basis revision. Do not use the figures in this document for procurement, review, or third-party evaluation.

Portal-Published ISO Frame TDS · Rev 0

Approved by Architect on 2026-07-10 (exchange commit f09c50d) with rulings C-1 (a) split, C-3 (b) Z-03 pending DHA, C-15 ASI internal QA + PE stamp. Source payload inbox/[email protected] (sim_hash sha256:ad2ab5…8f6c). Specification provenance is DOCUMENTATION-DERIVED for this mechanical ISO Frame (reactor-coupled ISO Frames CBT-ISOFR-REG-* will be bound to a multiphysics production specification).

1. Purpose & Scope

CBT-ISOFR-PRE-004 is the redundant secondary primary shredder ISO Frame within the Pregenesis™ Trough 1 Line (L-TROUGH1). It contains a single equipment item — SHRD-SHR-002, a dual-shaft primary shredder rated 100 TPD nameplate at 50% duty (running paired with SHRD-SHR-001 in sibling ISO Frame CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001).

The ISO Frame exists as a separate delivery unit per D-FME-01 R1 and Architect Ruling C-1 (2026-07-10, exchange commit f09c50d): the two identical redundant shredders are packaged independently to preserve independent FAT, UWP, and shipment discipline.

3. Line Context

Under D-FME-01 R6, CBT-ISOFR-PRE-004 is one of two sibling ISO Frames within Line L-TROUGH1. Two ISO Frames deliver together (nominal): one shipment of CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001 + one shipment of CBT-ISOFR-PRE-004 constitute a complete Trough 1 production line. Independent shipment is permitted; independent FAT is required.

4. Module Composition

M-SHRD-P1 module is split across two ISO Frames per Architect Ruling C-1. Each ISO Frame carries an identical redundant shredder at 50% duty. Module identity is preserved (both shredders belong to M-SHRD-P1); the ISO Frame-level split is a delivery discipline, not a Module reclassification.

Height fallback: upgrade to ROAD-OPEN-SKID (3,800 mm allowance) if OEM SHRD-SHR-002 exceeds 2,896 mm.

7. Area Classification & Utilities

Area classification: Z-03 (combustible dust)

Same basis as sibling ISO Frame CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001 (per Architect Ruling C-3). Electrical selection Class II Div 2 minimum; Class II Div 1 in vicinity of shredder discharge.

Utility demands: 160 kWe electrical (from Zero-E PowerBlock™ via NEXUS Z1); 0 thermal / steam / N₂ / water; instrument air TBD from NEXUS Z3.

8. ISO Frame-Boundary Interfaces

SHRD-SHR-002 is a redundant unit in parallel with SHRD-SHR-001 (in CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001). Its ISO Frame-boundary streams share Y-split hardware with the sibling ISO Frame:

Stream IDFromToNotes
S-FEED-SHR-B-INCBT-ISOFR-PRE-001CBT-ISOFR-PRE-004Y-split from SHRD-FDR-001 discharge
S-FEED-SHR-B-OUTCBT-ISOFR-PRE-004CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001Shredded feed re-merges into SHRD-HMR-001 feed

9. UWP Manifest

10. FAT Plan Reference

FAT plan: TBD. Expected scope for a single-equipment ISO Frame: weigh-in / dimensional check, SHRD-SHR-002 functional test at rated duty (100 TPD nameplate, 50% duty simulation), vibration + noise baseline, bearing temperature stabilization, sign-off by ASI QA lead + PE stamp.

Integrated commissioning test with sibling ISO Frame CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001 (both ISO Frames present, feed Y-split, integrated Trough 1 operation) is a separate site-level test at OER Gate 2 — not an ISO Frame-level FAT for either ISO Frame.

11. Specification Provenance

Provenance: DOCUMENTATION-DERIVED. Same basis as sibling ISO Frame CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001 §11, including the Node 1 (Engineering) qualification — this section is a specification-provenance record, not a Digital Triplet binding.

12. PFMEA Hook

13. MRL Claim

Working self-assessment MRL 6–7 (identical to sibling ISO Frame; formal assessment TBD).

14. Manufacturing Origin

Same as sibling ISO Frame CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001 (TBD). Ideally same ASI facility to keep tooling and QA consistent across the redundant pair.

15. Certification & QMS

ASI internal QA + PE stamp per Architect Ruling C-15.

16. Risk Register

S, P and D are each scored 1–5 per Engineering Doctrine Canon Doc 05 Part 3 (RPN range 1–125), governed by FMEA.prompt.md v1.1. Band shown is the RPN escalation band. Every entry carries a Cross-Zone Cascade assessment; no entry may be closed without one.

R-401 · RPN 12 (10–15, action recommended) · S:2 P:2 D:3

Height verification pending. Dual-shaft shredder height TBD. If OEM exceeds 2,896 mm (40HC ceiling), upgrade to ROAD-OPEN-SKID (3,800 mm).
Cross-Zone Cascade: NONE — contained at ISO Frame boundary. A carrier-class change alters this ISO Frame's packaging only; no Module, Line or Factory interface moves, and the ICD set at the ISO Frame boundary is unchanged.

R-402 · RPN 24 (16–24, action before OER Gate 3) · S:3 P:4 D:2

Y-split feed junction ownership. The Y-split mechanical junction that routes SHRD-FDR-001 discharge to A and B shredders is an ISO Frame-boundary component. Portal recommends: junction hardware belongs to CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001 (as extension of the feeder), with bolted flange interface at the CBT-ISOFR-PRE-004 inlet.
Cross-Zone Cascade: ISO Frame → Line. The Y-split is a shared mechanical element feeding both shredders: a jam or structural failure at the junction removes both A and B simultaneously, so the ISO Frame split does not by itself deliver redundancy. Unresolved ownership also leaves the FAT boundary and the warranty seam undefined between the two ISO Frame serials. Reaches Line level, so Engineering Lead review applies regardless of RPN.

R-403 · RPN 12 (10–15, action recommended) · S:2 P:3 D:2

Redundant vs. independent operating modes not yet defined. Alternative modes (full-rate plus standby, hot swap, degraded single-unit) not defined. Defer to Trough 1 operating manual (OPS-series).
Cross-Zone Cascade: ISO Frame → Line. The selected mode sets the Line availability figure and the NEXUS Z1 load profile; it cannot be resolved inside the ISO Frame boundary alone and must be fixed at Line level before the OPS-series is issued.

18. Approval & Iteration Notes

Approval: Rev 0 published by Portal on 2026-07-10 concurrent with sibling ISO Frame CBT-ISOFR-PRE-001 (Architect approval marker f09c50d). This ISO Frame was authored as draft v1 on the same date and inherits the C-1 / C-3 / C-15 rulings from the sibling approval.

Twin ACK: Pending Twin ACK for draft v1. Portal proceeded with publication under Architect's 'use your recommendations' delegation; Twin's ACK or rebuttal on the exchange will trigger a Rev 1 revision if needed.

Iteration items for Rev 1: Y-split ownership finalization, height verification, integrated commissioning test outcome.
